Kashirskaya Plaza Won CRE Moscow Awards 2019 as Large Shopping Center in Retail Property Category.

On April 18, Moscow Crocus City hosted the largest event in the world of retail property: the ceremony of Commercial Real Estate Moscow Awards 2019.

Kashirskaya Plaza was recognized the best Large Shopping Center in the Retail Property category.

The team of ENKA TC led by general manager Mr Murat Duran came on the stage to receive the award. In his welcoming speech, Mr Duran expressed his gratitude for a chance to take part in such a prestigious event and thanked the jury and other participants.

We are very proud to receive the famous Golden Brick. By winning such an award, we have proved to be up to the modern quality standards for the retail property in Russia.

The professional community considers the award as an important achievement contributing to the promotion of the company and the shopping center both in Russia and abroad.

In addition to that, ENKA TC headed by Mr Murat Duran was included into the short list of the Developer of the Year.

The motto of CRE Moscow Awards 2019 — “All Eyes on You!” — represents the change of generations in the industry. The focus now is shifting to those most promising experts who are going to take the helm very soon. Their commitment will shape the future of retail property.

The ceremony was held during the gala dinner at the annual Mapic Russia Exhibition.

Once again, the award was organized by Impress Media publishing house.
